Job Location: HCMC, Vietnam

Job Description:

1. Develop concept drawings for tendering and identify value engineering (cost-saving) solutions.
2. Review contractors’ drawings and quotations.
3. Post-tender stage: Manage the permitting process, establish and monitor design schedules, and ensure drawing quality control.
4. Coordinate with contractors and consultants to finalize the permitting process.
5. Manage contractors regarding progress and technical requirements for Issued for Construction documents.
6. Review and approve shop drawings, materials, and equipment submittals.
7. Attend weekly coordination meetings with other disciplines (MOS) on-site.
8. Participate in site inspections and final handover/commissioning.

1. Major: HVAC Engineer (University Graduate)
2. Experience: 5+ years of experience.
3. Technical Skills: Understand in Electrical systems, Fire Fighting (PCCC), MEP Coordination (Combine), Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
4. Standards & Codes: Strong knowledge of Vietnam Standards (TCVN), NFPA, and IEC.
5. Deep knowledge of Chiller systems (Successfully completed design for at least 3 Chiller projects).
