- Review and understand M&E drawings, architectural drawings, and civil drawings for site execution.
- Supervise daily MEP installation works to ensure quality, safety, compliance with approved drawings/specifications.
- Prepare quantity take-off, material calculations, and quotations for M&E works.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, related parties to resolve site issues and maintain progress.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, inspection records, and other required site documents.
- Have 2–7 years of experience as an M&E site engineer, and be willing to work on construction sites and overtime when required.

Requirements
- Major from Electrical or Mechanical engineer.
- Proficient to use computer, especially MS Office (Excel, Work,…), ACAD.
- Able to communicate by English. (TOEIC Score 650 or over as equivalent).
- Man / Fresh, optimistic are prefered.
- Punctual, realistic are required.
- Able to work under high pressure.
