Scheduled to begin operations in Q1 2027, Parc Hanoi’s construction quality is being ensured by Kajima Vietnam, supported by the design team and specialists from Kajima Corporation’s headquarters in Tokyo. Mr. Keisuke Koshijima, Executive Vice President of Kajima Corporation, stated: “With Parc Hanoi, Kajima Corporation’s commitment to precision in every detail—from structural elements to finishing materials—reflects the craftsmanship, engineering excellence, and artisanal spirit that are hallmarks of Japan.” He further noted that Kajima is implementing advanced construction techniques, sustainable building technologies, and rigorous supply chain management throughout the project to meet the most demanding international standards.

Amid stable Grade A office rental rates and Hanoi’s ongoing westward expansion, Kajima’s representative expressed confidence that modern, amenity-rich developments with green building certifications such as Parc Hanoi will help reshape the capital’s office market and attract leading multinational corporations to establish their headquarters in Vietnam.
