• Responsible for quantity taking off from sketch, concept design, tender drawings and cross-check the tender quantities;
• Work closely with design team, calculate Bill of Quantity, Cost Estimation of projects;
• Control works quality and time schedule within group;
• Prepare and submit tender documents;
• Collect and formulate cost Database … and others related to professional job;
• Liaise with Suppliers, Subcontractors to collect the cost proposal and make cost comparison sheet;
• Study and make Value Engineering and Cost Down Report;
• Ensure all information and documentations of the contractual and commercial work are achieved and stored systematically and properly that are accessible easily by all people;
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Accept to work on construction site if needed.

• Graduated from Civil Engineering University or relevant Universities specialized in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3 years experienced in the same position;
• Strong knowledge in structural works, having a thorough understanding of Standard Code;
• Having experiences in the factory construction site are compulsory; if have experience in high rise, local Main Contractor are priority.
• Having experience in preparing tender documents;
• Good command of spoken and written English;
• Excellent negotiation skills and good communication skills;
• Proactive, honest, self-motivated, disciplines, optimistic, performance driven and able to work in a team;
• High sense of responsibility, willing to work overtime and ability to work under high pressure;
• Having ability to manage time and fulfill the assigned works exactly to meet the required deadline strictly;
