On July 8, Indochina Kajima held the topping-out ceremony for Parc Hanoi, a Grade A office tower located in the Starlake urban area of Hanoi. Scheduled for operation in Q1 2027, the project is being constructed by Kajima Vietnam under the supervision of experts from Kajima Corporation (Japan), incorporating advanced construction standards and sustainable building solutions. Upon completion, Parc Hanoi is expected to enhance Hanoi’s premium office market and further strengthen the city's appeal to leading businesses.

Parc Hanoi was honored at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2026–2027, highlighting its outstanding design quality and strong commitment to sustainable development.

The year 2026 marks 10 years of Kajima Vietnam’s sustainable growth and continuous improvement in Vietnam.
