Project Overview
Tan Son Nhat International Airport passenger Terminal Building (T2) was constructed by a consortium of Four (4) Japanese Contractors (KTOM) Kajima – Taisei – Obayashi – Maeda. The terminal was funded by Japanese official development assistance (ODA) at a cost of 219 million USD.
TSN terminal (T2) was constructed in 2004 and become operational in August of 2007 with a capacity of serving 10 million passenger annually.
It was constructed to meet the rapidly rising demand for travel and to improve the quality of service.
