- Able to read & understand Drawings, Specification, tender documents.
- Able to take off quantity (Structure & Finishing work items).
- Able to prepare a BOQ which reflected above item 1 & 2.
- Contact subcontractors for quotation, analysis & compare & evaluate.
- Propose suitable BOQ to submit for Tender.
- Prepare contract, VO, Payment documents.

- Able to work at HCMC, Dong Nai, Vung Tau, My Tho, Long An, Binh Duong.
- Able to work OT & weekend if there are urgent works.
- Understand FIDIC contract.
- Have experience of working at site.
- Graduated University >= 2 years
