• Able to read & understand Drawings, Specification, tender documents.
• Able to take off quantity (Structure & Finishing work items).
• Able to prepare a BOQ which reflected above item 1 & 2.
• Contact subcontractors for quotation, analysis & compare & evaluate.
• Propose suitable BOQ to submit for Tender.
• Prepare contract, VO, Payment documents.

• Skill: English, Autocad, Excel, Power Point, Cubicost, …
• Able to work at HCMC, Dong Nai, Vung Tau, My Tho, Long An, Binh Duong, …
• Able to work OT & weekend if there are urgent works.
• Understand FIDIC contract.
• Have experience of working at site.
• Graduated University >= 2 years
